At Flirt Adult Store, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; therefore, we accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been opened or had their seals tampered with cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
